  1. Hm so you are a drama queen today?
But what would be poetry without the drama in it? Old news? Short, short stories? Boring?
No poetry needs drama, action, super-heroes, emotions and murder. Have you ever written a crime poem?

    1. We are all drama queens sometimes, O! 😊 We write to capture emotions in all their glory and gory. We hope that it strikes people somewhere in their soul.

The double irony of this poem that is also supposed be funny is that these six words themselves are being dramatic…with the *soooooo* in there. πŸ˜‰

And not yet, but I’ll put it on my list now, good idea. πŸ™πŸΌ

      1. Yes we are drama queens and kings in the one or other direction. We need this for entertainment, I believe.

  2. This post has wounded me deep down in the lower places of my heart. I fear my muse will no longer see the light of day, your thoughtless words have struck her down, golden pinions falling from her wings in a ghastly rain of dark despair. Emily, search as I might among all of the secrets of the universe, I can not fathom how you could come to such a drastic conclusion as this…..Too dramatic?…Never!!! *pounds fist on the table and sets fire to the room as he leaves.*

      1. Always a good day when it starts with friends, laughs, and smiles. And I haven’t even left bed yet. πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’œπŸ˜‰β˜€οΈ
