Hold Me

Just hold me…

I grow weary
expended
my heart
my energy
my love
withers
on the vine
denied
soul hides
tired of lies
truth resides
somewhere
someone
has it, not I
let me sink
into you
drip tears
onto you
feel your
breathing

on me

wrap me
rock me
love me

hold me

with silent

knowing

    1. Aw, wow…Kunal. Thank you. I’m speechless. Almost literally speechless as you can hear in the audio here with my raspy flu voice…lends well to the weariness I feel and this poem conveys. πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸΌπŸ’œ

    1. No, not yet. Actually, barely have a voice right now! Hopefully, by the end of this week I’ll start getting my energy back, it’s a slow moving virus. Thanks for stopping by and the compliment! Hope you’re well πŸ™πŸΌπŸ˜ŠπŸ’œ

      1. Yes I am great. All is good, getting organized for the move. Hope you are on the right track back to your old good self. Thinking about you, all will be good.
